DELIVERY AND PICKUP

We deliver and set up 1-3 hours before your event. Set up time does not count against your 5 hour rental. Latest time for pick up is 10:00 pm.

LET'S MAKE IT GREAT!

We want your event to be stress free. Here are some things you can do to prepare:
1. Make sure to pick an even spot for set up. 
2. If you will not be present when we set up make sure to communicate exactly where you want the set up. 
3. That grass is beautiful but please cut the set up area short so that our mats will lay flat

RULES DURING USE OF SOFTPLAY

We are family owned and operated please help us take care of our equipment. 
1. No shoes in play area. Heels will make holes on our mats, no heels please. 
2. No food or drinks in play area
3. Play area is for children 1-4 years of age only 
4. No face paint, glitter, or slime in play are 
5. Children should be supervised at all times 
6. Parents please do not sit on equipment 

WEATHER POLICY

For safety purposes we cannot set up outside during high winds or incoming rain. Please make sure to have an alternate location for set up in case it is needed.

HOW DO I BOOK A DATE?

1. Complete our reservation form https://www.totsoftplay.com/blank-page
2. We will email you a quote. 
3. Pay your quote securely using paypal, credit card, or a debit card

A $50 retainer is required to reserve your date 

Remaining balance is due at time of set up. 

CANCELLATION

A full refund of deposit will be issued if 24 hours notice is provided.

SET UP

Our playgrounds can be set up inside or outside. If you are not sure if you have enough space send us a message and we can help.

EQUIPMENT CLEANING

We are parents also an understand the importance of cleaning especially during these difficult times. All our equipment including ball pits and balls are cleaned after every use.

DELIVERY FEE

We do not charge a delivery fee for Ft Worth and surrounding areas. Request a quote at anytime if you have any questions,

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Affirm, and Afterpay

FACE PAINT

If you are having face paint at you event I'm sorry we cannot service your event. Face paint does not come off our equipment

SUMMER RENTALS

During summer heat equipment can get hot. Set ups must be done under shade or inside.We also have tents that can be rented.

Rates

We charge per event not by the hour. The reason we charge per event is because the amount of work loading, unloading, setting up, breaking down, and cleaning equipment is the same amount of work for us.

The only discount we give is 10% for returning customers

SERVICE AREA

We are located in Ft Worth. We service the DFW area.
